Welcome to Maple Mile. By accessing our website and using our courier, delivery, and logistics services across Alberta, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a quote, booking a delivery, or using any part of this website, you agree to these Terms of Use, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access the website or utilize our logistics services.

2. Service Conditions & Requirements

To ensure safe and legal transport, all users and clients must agree to the following when shipping with Maple Mile:

  • Accurate Information: You must provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses, recipient contact details, and precise package dimensions or weights.

  • Prohibited Items: You agree not to ship any illegal, hazardous, dangerous, or restricted materials. Maple Mile reserves the right to refuse any shipment that violates Canadian transportation laws or safety guidelines.

  • Packaging: All items must be packed securely and appropriately for transit. Maple Mile is not responsible for damage resulting from improper or inadequate packaging provided by the sender.

3. Bookings, Quotes, & Payments

  • Pricing & Quotes: All quotes provided through our website or customer service team are based on the initial information you provide. Final pricing may vary if the actual package weight, size, or delivery conditions differ from the request.

  • Payment Terms: Payment for delivery services must be settled according to the agreed terms upon booking or invoice issuance, unless a dedicated corporate account has been pre-approved.

4. Cancellations & Delays

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or change a scheduled pickup, you must notify us before the driver is dispatched to avoid a dry-run or cancellation fee.

  • Delays Beyond Our Control: While we pride ourselves on speed and punctuality, Maple Mile is not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including extreme Alberta weather conditions, major traffic disruptions, road closures, or incorrect address details provided by the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

Maple Mile handles every package with maximum care. However, our liability for any lost, misplaced, or damaged shipments is strictly limited to the declared value of the goods up to our standard industry liability cap, unless additional cargo protection or insurance coverage was explicitly requested and arranged prior to dispatch.

6. Modifications to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of our website or delivery services at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes to these Terms of Use constitutes your acceptance of those updates.
