Cancellations: If you need to cancel or change a scheduled pickup, you must notify us before the driver is dispatched to avoid a dry-run or cancellation fee.

Delays Beyond Our Control: While we pride ourselves on speed and punctuality, Maple Mile is not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including extreme Alberta weather conditions, major traffic disruptions, road closures, or incorrect address details provided by the client.
5. Limitation of Liability
Maple Mile handles every package with maximum care. However, our liability for any lost, misplaced, or damaged shipments is strictly limited to the declared value of the goods up to our standard industry liability cap, unless additional cargo protection or insurance coverage was explicitly requested and arranged prior to dispatch.
